The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a burner containing a fuel pipe with a coaxially mounted air supply housing with a swirler and confused output section adjacent to the refractory embrasure Cll. The disadvantage of this burner is the high degree of formation of nitrogen oxides in the flare. The purpose of the invention is to reduce nitrogen oxides. This goal is achieved by the fact that the distance from the front end of the fuel pipe to the exit slice of the embrasure is less than half the length of the latter and is 0.1-1.0 of the diameter of the embrasure. The drawing shows the intended burner. The burner contains a fuel pipe 1, coaxially mounted body 2 with a swirler 3 and confused output section 4 adjacent to the fireproof embrasure 5. In the burner, the distance (E) from the front end 6 of the fuel pipe 1 to the output section 7 of the embrasure 5 is less than half its length (Lj and is between 0.1 and 1.0 of the diameter (D) of the embrasure 5. Air is supplied to the housing 2, to which the swirler 3 communicates a swirling motion. When air passes through the confused outlet section 4 and embrasure 5, its speed increases, which contributes to a better interaction with the fuel entering through pipe 1. Due to the specified ratios of distance (E) from the front end 6 of the fuel pipe 1 to the exit slice 7 of the embrasure 5 and its length (L), as well as the diameter (D) of the embrasure, the fuel burns with a low content of nitrogen oxides in the combustion products.
